So I have been working on a logo for my site and this is what I came up with. I know it is just a penguin, but it is what I like. I incorporated all the penguins logos into one. I thought about putting more other sports into it, but I didn't like anything I came up with.

I like the second one. I think it incorporates all three teams in the city - The Penguins, the Steelers, and the Succkos.
